You’re building the business, curating a team — and working so hard that your long-term view is often no more than a few quarters ahead. But you can’t be successful if everything is hazy, so it’s best to keep a clear focus on one important element: your company’s secret sauce.
I knew from the beginning that our differentiator is curiosity. We’re ready to celebrate 13 years in business, and curiosity has totally been the rocket fuel that’s powered our wild ride — from signing up our first client a few months after opening our doors to being named Agency of the Year five times. Our first Agency of the Year nomination was in the fall of 2013 in The Content Institute’s Content Marketing Awards and just this month we were the only U.S. agency named to the International Content Marketing Association Agency of the Year shortlist. Embracing the teen years
It’s exciting to enter our teen phase. Already we know that our 13th year will be about emerging trends like SEO and GEO evolution, personalization plays, AI’s real ROI and embracing bold new content formats. And a key mission remains helping clients authentically rediscover and articulate their purpose.
