He has created successful, long-running programs that combine a deep understanding of customer behavior with creative talent. Andy also is Chairman of The Content Council, the leading association of custom content publishers in North America.

Duncan has worked in the content marketing business since 1995 both in the UK and the US. He has managed some of the most complex and high-value content programs around. These include clients such as, Virgin Atlantic, Whole Foods Market, Bloomingdale’s, Walmart, Williams-Sonoma, Kraft, Panera, Sam’s Club and Merck. Duncan combines a deep understanding of content strategy and measurement with a passion for creativity and innovativeness and with a drive to always exceed client expectations. Duncan has an MA in Ancient and Modern History from the University of Oxford.
