Andy founded Imprint in early 2013 after almost two decades in the custom content industry. His experience at American Express, GE Capital, Time Inc., Hearst, SmartMoney and Dow Jones gives him both a client and publisher perspective on content marketing. He has created successful, long-running programs that combine a deep understanding of customer behavior with creative talent. Andy also is Chairman of The Content Council, the leading association of custom publishers in North America.

Duncan has worked in the content marketing business since 1995 both in the UK and the US. He has managed some of the most complex and high-value content programs around. These include clients such as, Virgin Atlantic, Whole Foods Market, Bloomingdale’s, Walmart, Williams-Sonoma, Kraft, Panera, Sam’s Club and Merck. Duncan combines a deep understanding of strategy and measurement with a passion for creative and innovative content and with a drive to always exceed client expectations. Duncan has an MA in Ancient and Modern History from the University of Oxford.

Her degree in journalism combined with 15 years experience in creating custom content programs at American Express Publishing, Hearst Magazines and Dow Jones, is key to how she leads an inspired creative team.

Russell is a key contributor to strategic projects and ensures that each piece of content created at Imprint is useful, engaging, and effective. Before Imprint, Russell was Editor-in-Chief at Oppenheimer Funds and spent more than a decade at Dow Jones, primarily as the top investments writer/editor at SmartMoney. Russell has a bachelor's degree in journalism and an MBA from Indiana University.
